01 — SAFETY
Safety is PSST's most important core principle. We operate an integrated HSE system in line with the ISO 45001 standard, and every employee receives 40+ hours of regular training each year.
All employees are equipped with PPE that meets international standards, with regular replacement.
Core management staff and every operator hold international HSE/NEBOSH certifications.
Workplace risk registers are updated regularly and implemented through JSA procedures.
We maintain an integrated plan for first aid, firefighting, and evacuation.
02 — ENVIRONMENT
Within the framework of the ISO 14001 standard, we continuously monitor environmental impacts and work actively on land rehabilitation, fuel efficiency, and the reduction of carbon emissions.
After extraction, the land is restored close to its original state and revegetated through reclamation.
We recycle 85%+ of process water and maintain procedures to protect drinking water and surface water.
Following ISO 14001, we apply established stages of sorting, dedicated storage, and recycling.
Using hybrid equipment and fuel-efficient technology, we continuously monitor and reduce CO₂ emissions.
Each year we plant 1000+ tree seedlings in our operational zones, greening the surrounding area.
We run programs to protect native flora and fauna and to avoid disrupting wildlife migration.
